Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote call center team in Hawaii. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with little to no supervision, adapting to changes and modifications quickly, and executing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
  • Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies
  • Adapt quickly to changes and modifications, thinking critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10 or above
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or medical setting

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
