Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex and emotionally charged situations
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, to achieve performance goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer care skills and knowledge of telehealth services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will need to have:

  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with the ability to meet minimum requirements
