Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Transformation and Innovation

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams, Product and Process Owners, and Agile Teams in Technology to design, develop, and implement a robust Voice of the Customer methodology. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing expert guidance on leveraging big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels
• Offering recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
