Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.
• Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand. This includes resolving customer complaints, answering product questions, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line. You'll need to balance the customer's expectations with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collecting and sharing feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively. This includes gathering feedback through various channels, such as email, chat, and phone calls.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
• A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products. You'll need to be familiar with our products and services, as well as our brand values and mission.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
• On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
