Position Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll provide support for product inquiries, process orders, resolve customer issues, and deliver an exceptional experience to each customer. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone and email demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
