Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners in a professional and conversational manner

  • Communicate effectively with clients, stores, and partners to resolve issues and provide support

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of obligatory training
  • Customer support experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
