Job Overview

As a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, technical issues, and logistical concerns. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring a seamless online learning experience for our participants. Key Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically support clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, resolving technical, logistical, and administrative issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal team members as needed
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Monitor live online video conferencing events, providing immediate assistance to participants and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the quality of our support and service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division, with a focus on customer support
  • Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse environments and scenarios
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces, cloud-based tools, and help desk software
  • Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
