About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to enter information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. • Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, maintaining high production levels while ensuring accuracy

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
