Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering solutions and support to clients to improve their healthcare experience
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to address client concerns and resolve issues in a positive and helpful manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks to meet performance standards

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-year experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Ability to work from home, meeting WFH standards, including maintaining a secure workspace, adhering to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements, and participating in virtual office inspections
  • Reliability and consistency with scheduling standards
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
