Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information in our database, resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating customer information in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data entry and customer service standards
  • Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of data entry and customer service best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
