As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information in our database, resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering and updating customer information in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data entry and customer service standards
- Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of data entry and customer service best practices
- Certification in customer service or a related field
