Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our eCommerce department, you will be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and via email.

Our eCommerce department is a vital part of our business, and we are looking for a talented Customer Relationship Representative to help us continue to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all eCommerce customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining good customer relations by acting as their resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate
  • Answering phone calls, online questions, chats, and closing cases
  • Tracking and documenting customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce with detailed cases to create actionable reports for management
  • Ordering replacement plants for customers
  • Actively participating in all meetings, sharing successes and challenges, asking questions, and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Exceeding service level expectations with all internal and external customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  • Relevant college coursework preferred
  • A positive and grateful attitude, with a genuine care for each customer and their experience with our brand
  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems, company-specific computer programs, and other new technology
  • The ability to appropriately acknowledge challenges and successfully resolve conflicts as needed both internally and with customers
  • The ability to earn and maintain the trust and respect of all employees, co-workers, and customers

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting hourly rate of $16.50, with potential for increase based on skill and experience
