Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, navigating complex patient information, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. You will work closely with our team to resolve patient inquiries, address medication-related issues, and provide support to healthcare professionals. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Navigate complex patient information, including medication records, medical histories, and insurance details
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our electronic health records system
  • Resolve patient inquiries, address medication-related issues, and provide support to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex patient cases, including those requiring specialized knowledge or expertise
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in all interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Basic web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
