Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers, stakeholders, and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising between stakeholders, development teams, UX, and content teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Nurturing ideas and solutions, and contributing towards determining roadmap objectives for products in the creation phase
  • Supporting the development team as a product SME throughout the entire development process
  • Leading meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects across teams
  • Assisting in the establishment of features, their priority, acceptance criteria, and participating in sizing exercises
  • Identifying, communicating, escalating, and resolving team dependencies and impediments with stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Web Product Ownership
  • 2+ years of experience building digital customer-facing products, at scale
  • 2+ years of experience building customer-centric digital experiences (B2C)
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile processes and Kanban
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping superior digital products
  • Ability to effectively translate digital strategy into discrete deliverables
  • Strong working knowledge of all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, marketing, and information architecture; able to collaborate with front-end development and software architecture teams on delivery
  • Detailed-orientated and thorough, with strong execution skills and ability to deliver and measure results in a complex and fluid environment
  • Understanding of 'the art of compromise,' with an ability to articulate both business and marketing needs as well as desired end-user experience; able to provide practical, useful input on design, experience, and technical decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Displays a growth mindset and a bias towards action
  • Knowledgeable in modern web architecture and development, responsive web design, mobile web patterns, performance optimization, SEO, and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience in digital product ownership and leadership
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Kanban principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles
