Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, propose new alternatives to identify candidates, and analyze professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Manage notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
