Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our EST timezone team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. You'll collaborate with a talented team of Support Professionals, reporting to our EMEA team leader, and work in a fully remote environment with a typical schedule of 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll:
- Respond to customer requests over email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing, demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals.
- Collaborate with the global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless support experiences.
- Communicate the value of arenaflex's products effectively in direct interactions with customers, helping them achieve their goals.
- Troubleshoot common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
- Automate tasks using tools like Zapier or write browser scripts in JavaScript to streamline support processes.
- Maintain an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles.
- Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
- Strong written communication skills and an empathetic mindset.
