Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in deploying new customers and helping existing customers maximize their value from our syndication channels. You'll work closely with our development team to create customized solutions, engage with customers to review results, and identify new opportunities for further success. Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer deployment process: Work closely with our development team to deploy new customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Attend and lead organizational meetings with customers: Develop strong relationships with our customers and lead meetings to discuss their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Work with development to create initial version of implementation: Collaborate with our development team to create customized solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.
  • Collect comments from customer and work with development to make changes: Gather feedback from customers and work with our development team to make necessary changes and improvements.
  • Work with customer and platform with approval issues: Resolve any approval issues that may arise during the deployment process.
  • Post-deployment proactively engage with customers to review results: Regularly check-in with customers to review their results, provide guidance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Use data-driven methodology to improve customer success: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer success.
  • Introduce customers to new opportunities for further success: Identify new opportunities for our customers to grow and expand their reach, and work with our development team to create customized solutions.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2 years' experience working in the media or technology industry: A strong understanding of the media industry and its challenges, as well as experience working with technology solutions.
  • Undergraduate degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and XML a plus: Familiarity with HTML and XML can be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Interest in media, a must: A passion for the media industry and its challenges, with a desire to drive customer success and growth.
