Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The essential qualifications for this role include:

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree can be substituted for the experience requirement

The preferred qualifications for this role include:

• 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
• Cash handling skills and experience with financial transactions
