- Lead two Ads Manager teams, ensuring high-quality advertiser experiences across multiple platforms.
- Own the strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of web-based products.
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and sister engineering teams for cohesive solutions.
- Establish engineering excellence in code quality and system reliability.
- Recruit and retain top technical talent while fostering an inclusive team culture.
- Work with analytics teams to provide timely and accurate reporting for advertisers.
- Ensure compliance with security and data standards while building scalable APIs.
- Communicate project progress and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale web applications.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple teams.
- Proven track record in shipping B2B or enterprise self-serve products.
- Hands-on experience with modern web stacks, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience in establishing quality and reliability metrics for customer-facing systems.
- Ability to effectively align priorities across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
