A Day in the Life of a Military Customer Service Associate

In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our military customers. Your typical day will involve:

  • Answering 40-50 inbound and outbound calls daily, utilizing our dialer system
  • Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
  • Discussing arenaflex customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, to enhance their experience
  • Supporting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing solutions and guidance

Qualifications for Success

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with call center experience being a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
