Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will serve as a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibilities will include retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending tailored deposit and banking products and services. You will also process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily transactions, and provide exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer deposit products and educate customers on the benefits and features of our banking services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of arenaflex to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of integrity
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the success of arenaflex

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree with relevant coursework and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills and experience with financial transactions
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
