Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:

  • Current Property and Casualty license, as well as a Current Life and Health license
  • Sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Marketing experience, with knowledge of campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Spanish bilingualism is highly preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
