Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. You'll have the opportunity to work from home while being an integral part of a world-renowned airline.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
  • Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia

Essential Qualifications

While previous customer service experience is preferred, it's not required. We'll provide you with comprehensive training to enhance your skills and prepare you for success in this role.
