Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

* $21 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
