  • Communicating effectively with customers in both English and French, using your exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Working from home on a schedule that suits your needs, with various service intervals available 7 days a week/365 days a year
  • Utilizing arenaflex's technology platform to access client information and provide support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and listening skills
