Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Primary Facilitating Conditions (FHE) group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our critical business applications. You'll work closely with our Server farm Site Director to ensure that our data centers are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business applications
• Collaborating with our Server farm Site Director to ensure that our data centers are running smoothly and efficiently
• Providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff members within our team
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats to our infrastructure
• Developing and implementing risk remediation plans to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
• Collaborating with our Corporate Properties Group and other site management partners to develop and implement site-specific policies and procedures
• Leading or participating in high-level technical discussions that span multiple disciplines, including business, application, and technical requirements
• Contributing to the testing and validation of business, application, and technical system requirements
• Driving solutions to reduce recovery time and improve overall system availability
• Auditing and examining solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key revolutions
• Designing, coding, testing, investigating, and recording programs using Agile development practices
• Planning complex system upgrades and migrations
• Resolving complex technical issues as they arise
• Developing a long-term plan to prevent issues and ensure they don't recur
• Directing the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on strategies, processes, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome
• Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, peers, and directors to resolve issues and achieve objectives

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure framework designing and arrangements, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 4+ years of experience in server farm operations
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, compute, and network equipment
• Experience supporting technology at a project level
• Familiarity with Layer 1 Foundation Plan
• Broad knowledge of server farm operations (space, power, cooling, and network)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN technologies to perform FQDN generation and tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience supporting technology at a project level
• Familiarity with Layer 1 Foundation Plan
• Broad knowledge of server farm operations (space, power, cooling, and network)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN technologies to perform FQDN generation and tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
