As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator – Collections, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and advocating on their behalf. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and we're counting on you to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving complex issues and advocating on their behalf

  • Investigate customer concerns, help create and implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues
  • Support other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns and providing in-the-moment feedback
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy and a willingness to listen and understand customer needs
  • Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, and a solid attendance record
  • Complete a Language Assessment as part of the hiring process

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong attention to detail, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience with collections and customer service software, such as CRM systems

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
