Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analysis solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and communicate results to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement data analysis solutions that drive business growth and improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including data visualization and reporting
• Use data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques, including t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, and factor analysis, to understand customer behavior and preferences
• Communicate results to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an industry or organization with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence
• Strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, and Plotly
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience with data science tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
