Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker Resource (Float), you'll be part of our Branch Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches across our network. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and needs, recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and ability to build strong relationships will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.

  • Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
  • Serve as a concierge for walk-in customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
  • Educate customers on bank products, services, and technology, empowering them to manage their finances effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory-related policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong understanding of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships, ensuring seamless customer experiences across arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
  • Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.
  • 1 year of banking experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship building.

  • Strong understanding of consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other banking technologies.
