Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack software engineer with a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer-friendly approach. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge web and AI applications for our Christian-focused content management platform. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, design and develop innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure web applications using React, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks

• Integrate AI technologies into our applications to enhance user experience and improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
• Lead a team of developers on projects, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise
• Estimate project timelines and resources, ensuring accurate communication with customers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to arenaflex's coding standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members, providing clear and concise updates on project progress

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full stack development and AI integration

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications on time and within budget
• Expertise in React, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks, with a strong understanding of web development principles
• Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate with customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based development platforms, such as AWS or Azure

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools, including Jest and Enzyme
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
