As a key member of our Community Development Team, the Engagement Manager will play a vital role in sharing arenaflex's mission and values with nonprofits and small businesses in target markets, fostering meaningful relationships, and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals, organizations, and communities. As a seasoned professional with a passion for sales and customer service, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outreach to nonprofits and small businesses in target markets to share the value proposition of arenaflex's solutions
  • Prospecting and closing new business opportunities in target markets
  • Collaborating with nonprofits to develop effective fund development strategies
  • Managing prospect presentations and participating in new client onboarding activities
  • Serving as a client account manager for monthly check-ins, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the arenaflex team assigned to clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching focused on increasing earnings, team building, and mentorship
