Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Live Chat Best Practices: Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to best practices. This includes clear and correct writing, responding to every customer query, making customers feel valued, and following up post-chat to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Providing Pre- and Post-Sales Support: Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout their purchasing journey. This involves answering questions, providing detailed product information, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and addressing any post-sales queries or concerns they may have.
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical problems customers may encounter while using arenaflex's products and services.
