We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual with 0 to 3 years of experience in patient calling to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle patient calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Provide accurate information to patients regarding their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and update the system accordingly.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to relay patient information and ensure continuity of care.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while handling patient information.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during patient interactions.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient calendars.
  • Provide support in patient education and information dissemination.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient calling processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest healthcare protocols.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Strive to achieve individual and team targets for patient satisfaction and call handling efficiency.

Healthcare Management Software:

Proficiency in using healthcare management software is required to maintain accurate records and update the system accordingly.

Independence and Time Management:

The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential for this role, as you will be handling patient calls and managing patient interactions.

At Least 1 Year of Relevant Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in patient calling is preferred, but not required.
