Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual/Spanish Speaking), you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
  • Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and coworkers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees

  • High School diploma or GED
