As a Customer Support Associate with arenaflex, you will:

* Respond to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, text, and social media, creating personalized and engaging experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products, procedures, and resolutions, ensuring seamless support interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights, driving continuous improvement.
  • Utilize our internal systems and external tools to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Availability and Requirements

* Full-time positions available, with a competitive starting wage of $13 per hour.

  • Must be located in one of the following states: FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, TX, WI.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours, with open availability preferred (weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays).
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience providing customer support across multiple channels, including email, phone, SMS, chat, and social media.
  • Strong internet connection required, with a fast.com speed of 25 MBPS download.
  • Ability to see, talk, and hear in order to communicate with others.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
