Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our electronic storage system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate, adhering to arenaflex's data management standards.
  • Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents, ensuring that they are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management, ensuring that issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in all data entry tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry software, including Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm, with excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
