Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a focus on customs declaration information
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring seamless customs clearance
• Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance with regulations at all times, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's success and growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
