Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Assisting clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
• Researching and recommending travel options, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
• Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Accurately inputting and updating data into company systems and databases, maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements:
