Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate on our evening shift team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day
  • Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Role Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products, as well as a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's brands and products
