Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries
- Providing detailed information about arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and mobile app
- Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed
- Meeting performance goals and targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Call Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Quality Monitoring: 95% or higher
Requirements
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
