Position Overview

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and guidance to our members via chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, ensuring that our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems, ensuring that we can continuously improve our services.
  • Collaborating with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, driving innovation and excellence in customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Residency: Must be based in the United States.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).

  • Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication. + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns. + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Schedule

As a part-time remote employee, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week. You'll also receive:
