Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through informative, empathetic, and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
