This year, we're seeking dynamic moderators to help engage viewers, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure smooth communication during livestreamed sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be responsible for: ### Audience Engagement

• Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, creating a positive and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
• Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

### Live Session Moderation

• Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
• Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
• Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
• Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.

### Community Building

• Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.
• Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
