Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you will serve as a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate their financial journeys. Your primary objective will be to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending tailored deposit and banking products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, effectively resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of our consumer deposit products and services, educating customers on the benefits and features of each offering
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank, deepening relationships and building strong partnerships that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and integrity
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation, continually seeking opportunities for growth and development
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the team

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service experience in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree can be substituted for the required experience. You must also be able to work 30-35 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills and experience with financial transactions
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
