Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences, and to help inform sales and marketing strategies

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer care, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
