Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or remote work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
