Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative team. This role is primarily focused on back-office support, and the successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, uploading lab results, ordering lab work, and completing various administrative tasks under the guidance of our business coordinator team.
Schedule
The successful candidate will work a day shift schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00am-2:30pm PST (9:00am-5:30pm EST). This schedule allows for a great work-life balance and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Essential Job Functions
The Medical Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for the following essential job functions:
- Data entry, including uploading notes and other data as required
- Uploading lab results
- Ordering lab work
- Working under the business coordinator team to complete various administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
Successful Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- Medical Assistant certification
- At least one year of data entry experience
- Proficiency with EMR software and electronic communication
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Extreme attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Google Workspace apps
- Experience in a behavioral health setting

Compensation and Benefits
The Medical Data Entry Assistant will receive a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
