Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to access client information and resolve customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. You'll be able to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses and rewards for exceptional performance.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

• Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
