Job Summary

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our automotive dealer clients favorably online. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with customers, turning interactions into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, email, or phone to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand image and reputation
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, building rapport and trust through online interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's innovative solutions

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) is a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software and chat platforms a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement strategies

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's innovative solutions and the automotive industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
