Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to work from home after completing an 8-week paid training period.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

• Utilize Microsoft suite to manage and track inquiries
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a clear and concise manner
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
