As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. In this role, you'll be assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls when necessary, all while utilizing various support channels, including phone support with video chat capability and traditional chat support.

The Role: Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with software navigation and technical troubleshooting
  • Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
  • Escalating calls when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Providing support via various channels, including phone, video chat, and traditional chat
  • Utilizing multiple systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and effective solutions

Earnings Potential and Schedule

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $19 per hour. Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics can earn an average of $16-$19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times. You'll also be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes of paid time for each hour you're available to work.

Our seasonal contract runs through April 15th, 2025, with flexible schedule opportunities available. You'll be able to create your own schedule, choosing from a range of hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday through Sunday.

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Technical expertise and a strong understanding of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor
  • The ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems and tools
  • A quiet, uninterrupted workspace with a professional appearance (if working on camera)

Technology Requirements

To work as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
  • A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS
  • A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A webcam (which will be loaned to you for the duration of the contract)

Important Information

Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. You will also be required to pass a criminal background check as part of the onboarding process.

As a contractor with arenaflex, you will be considered an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. You will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits, and you will not be eligible for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or other employee benefits.
